Slip Results in Knee Surgery 19 Years Later

On June 18, 1991, Employee #1 slipped while cleaning up a spill in a restroom. The employee apparently had continuing medical issues from the accident; and, on September 13, 2010, she underwent a total right knee replacement as a result of a surgical consultation. She was hospitalized for 4 days after the surgery.
