Investigation Summary
On November 8, 2010, Employee #1, an exhibition builder employed by a company that provides exhibition displays for clients to use at conventions, had arrived at work. Employee #1 told his supervisor that he wasn't feeling well, and approximately 15 minutes later, he asked a manager for assistance. Emergency medical services were called and local paramedics responded. Employee #1 died en route to the hospital. The cause of death was determined to be a cardiac event related to natural causes. The Coroner's office notified the Division on November 8, 2010.
