On June 4, 2010, Employee #1 of American Fuji Technical Services Inc., suffered a serious injury while installing equipment. Employee #1 was using a ladder when he lost his balance and fell from a height under 10 feet. Employee #1 suffered a serious fracture to his left wrist and was hospitalized three days.
