Employee's Ankle Is Fractured in Fall from Truck

On November 24, 2009, Employee #1, a truck driver for a major grocery store chain, was delivering goods from the warehouse to various store locations. As he was getting out of the truck cab, he slipped and fell approximately three feet to the ground. His left ankle was fractured and required surgery. He was hospitalized for one day.
