Investigation Summary
On July 17, 2009, Employee #1 was working as a security guard on duty at a residential condominium complex. When Employee #1 failed to return from a restroom break a coworker went looking for him and found him dead in the restroom. The Coroner pronounced Employee #1 dead at the scene from a presumed massive coronary. The Coroner's autopsy report showed the cause of death as an occlusion of the left and right coronary artery.
