Investigation Summary

Employee #1 was using a Ryobi 10 in. portable table saw (Model Number: BTS15, Serial Number: N053241070) to cut 2x4 lumber. His left thumb was cut by the exposed blade. Employee #1 was treated for a partial amputation of his left thumb, but he was not hospitalized.
