Investigation Summary
On March 3, 2009, Employee #1 was clearing a jam caused by a planter tray that had become stuck on the Urbinati planter machine. He did not lock out the machine before attempting this, and the machine activated. The "fingers" that press the seeds into the dirt of the planter trays punctured Employee# 1's hand. He was hospitalized for his injuries
