Worker Is Injured in Fall While Setting Trusses

On January 26, 2009, Employee #1, owner of DBJ Construction, Inc., was setting trusses. While setting trusses he was standing on the 2 in. x 4 in. ceiling plate. Employee #1 lost his balance and fell 9 feet to the concrete slab. He was hospitalized for undisclosed injuries.
