Two Employees Are Injured in Fall from Box on Forktruck

Employees #1 and #2 were standing on a wooden trash box on a forktruck to place Tyvec around a third story. The box was not a personnel lift and was not attached to the forktruck. The employees stepped to the left side, the box shifted, and the employees fell 23 feet and were injured. Employee #1 sustained unspecified contusions, bruises, and abrasions. Employee #2 sustained unspecified fractures. Both employees were hospitalized.
