Employee Injurs Hand in Banding Machine

On June 8, 2010, Employee #1 was accessing the back of the edge banding machine, presumably to make a repair or adjustment. At the same time Employee #1's safety glasses fell, causing him to reach into the machine to retrieve the glasses. Employee #1's hand came into contact with moving parts, resulting in the amputation of the third digit of his left hand.
