Employee Injured in Agricultural Accident

On May 29, 2010 Employee #1, received a serious injury while operating a Quad runner vehicle in the course of his duties as an irrigator. Employee #1 admitted that he was riding the vehicle contrary to the company's safety policy on a dirt service road. Employee #1 tripped the throttle and knocked himself to the ground and the vehicle rolled over him, fracturing his left forearm. Employee #1 was taken to a hospital for treatment.
