Investigation Summary
At 4:00 p.m. on July 21, 2010, Employee #1 was a regular full-time employee of Ralph Collazo Packing, Inc., in Huron, CA. The employer was a farm labor contractor doing business throughout central and southern California, and Employee #1 was working as a farm worker.
