Employee Punctures Leg While Descending Ladder

At approximately 1:30 p.m. on May 1, 2009, Employee #1 was descending a tripod ladder. His left calf was punctured, and he would not stop bleeding. Employee #1 was taken to Selma Community Hospital in California and was hospitalized for three days. The employee was diagnosed with thrombocytopenia.
