Employee Injures Face in Fall from Ladder

Employee #1 was removing ice from a dormer approximately 20 feet above ground, when a large piece of ice broke away causing the ladder to be displaced and Employee #1 to fall. Employee #1 landed face first into a snow bank and sustained facial blunt trauma injuries.
