Employee Suffers from Bunt Trauma Head Injury, Later Dies

On September 24, 2009, an employee reported to work early in the morning. A coworker arrived at the work place at approximately 8:00 a.m. Upon entering the workplace, the coworker noticed the employee standing behind the parts counter, conscious but bleeding from the head. The coworker assisted the employee to a chair and contacted emergency personnel. The employee was transported to hospital. On September 29, the family of the employee made the decision that there was no possibility of recovery. The employee was removed from life support and died at 2:00 p.m. Apparently, the employee had fallen from ladder and suffered from head injuries.
