Employee Falls from Ladder and Is Killed

Employee #1 was standing on an extension ladder approximately 15 ft off the ground. Employee #1 was installing a 6-ft 2-in. by 4-in. board with an air gun in the overhang area on the gable end of a residential home. Employee #1 fell from the ladder and suffered unspecified injuries. Employee #1 was killed.
