Employee Fractures Ankle in Fall from Roof

On July 2, 2009, Employee #1 checked satellite dish and was stepping from one roof level to another roof ledge. He placed his foot onto a loose bread tray, which moved. Employee #1 fell approximately 4 ft. He twisted and fractured his ankle. Employee #1 was not hospitalized.
