On March 11, 2009, Employee #1 was assembling a park bench, and he experienced a collapsed lung. The previous day he had used a hand held pneumatic soil impacting tool. The cause of the injury was unknown. There were no apparent environmental factors. Employee #1 was hospitalized and treated for a collapsed lung.
