Investigation Summary
At approximately 3:22 p.m. on March 15, 2009, Employees #1 and #2 were in Yamaha Rhino 4 x 4 (side by side) vehicle. Employee #1 was driving, and Employee #2 was the passenger. They were driving on a one way dirt road inside a off highway motor vehicle park. Motorcycle riders were traveling the wrong direction on the road, causing Employee #1 to swerve to avoid contact. He lost control, causing the vehicle to rollover and pin the employees. Employees #1 and #2 were not hospitalized.
