Employee Is Splashed with Chemical, Suffers Chemical Burns

Employee #1 was bending and crouching down to loosen and fixed a three way valve for the sink when a washer slipped out of the wet hands of another coworker into puddle of water and chemical (Q- Yellow II) which splashed onto Employee #1's forehead. Employee #1 was wearing safety glasses. The substance dripped down into Employee #1's right eye. Employee #1 suffered chemical burns and was hospitalized.
