Employee Is Killed in Fall from Window

On February 9, 2009, Employee #1 was cutting in and installing weather seals around a side hinged window on the second floor of a residential building being constructed. He was using an 18-in. tall window seat as an elevated work surface. He fell approximately 20 ft from the window and was killed.
