Investigation Summary
At approximately 10:00 a.m. on February 2, 2009, Employee #1 of Pry Precast Erectors, Inc. was setting a precast concrete wall. While setting the wall he used a prybar to plumb the concrete panel into place. The wall shifted causing Employee #1 to fall 12 feet from the wall to the ground. He was hospitalized and treated for unspecified fractures. .
