Employee's Finger Is Amputated Adjusting Press

At approximately 6:50 a.m. on September 20, 2010, Employee #1 was framing solar panel modules. He lifted the lock pin with his left hand, and was adjusting the frame press for the next step of the operation using his right hand. He was opening the frame to adjust it by sliding it manually when his left little finger was caught in the lock pin hole of the frame. Employee #1 was hospitalized with an amputated finger.
