Investigation Summary
At approximately 4:56 p.m. on June 14, 2011, Employee #1, police officer, was engaged in firearms training. During the training, the police officer hit his head on a wooden railroad tie. The officer went for a bathroom break. Upon leaving the porta potty, he collapsed. Members of the police department, who were paramedics came to the officer's aid. The officer was airlifted to the hospital, where he died.
