Employee's Finger Is Lacerated Operating a Printing Press

At approximately 2:20 p.m. on September 7, 2010, Employee #1 was working in a printing press area operating a 5-color lithographic printing press. He was in the process of setting up Press Number 2 and was running it in a slower speed than full production speed. He was making adjustments to the color keys when his right index finger was caught in the inbound rollers. Employee #1's right index finger was lacerated.
