Investigation Summary
On April 28, 2009, Employee #1, #2 and #3 and two coworkers were performing framing work on new construction. The structure collapsed, causing all of the employees to fall approximately 12 feet. Employees #1, #2, and #3 sustained injures and were transported to the hospital, where Employee #1 was admitted. Employee #2 and #3 were treated and released.
