Employee Is Killed When Crushed in Cab of Truck

On November 18, 2008, Employee #1 was in the driver's seat of a tractor attached to a frame-type dump trailer, which was parked in a jackknifed position. The trailer's box was raised to unload rock. The trailer's box rolled over onto the tractor's cab, crushing the cab. Employee #1 was killed.
