Investigation Summary
At approximately 8:20 a.m. on August 4, 2010, Employee #1 was trimming an olive tree while located on a ladder. An asphalt parking lot was just below where he was working. Employee #1's left foot slipped, causing him to fall about 7 feet, landing on his back and striking his head against the pavement. Employee #1 was taken to a nearby hospital, where he was hospitalized and treated for a head contusion, as well as abrasions.
