Employee Falls from Ladder

On May 13, 2010, Employee #1, climbed the roof from an extension ladder, to reset HVAC unit. As Employee #1 was descending the ladder, it slipped out from under him, causing Employee #1 to fall. Employee #1 was taken to Dameron Hospital and subsequently hospitalized.
