Heart Attack Is Suspected in Employee's Death

An employee of Silco Vending was filling a vending machine in a breakroom at a Morning Star workplace, when he dropped to the floor. A Morning Star worker called emergency medical services. It is thought that the employee died of a heart attack. A coroner's report was being awaited.
