At approximately 6:05 a.m. on April 20, 2010, Employee #1, of Diamond Foods, Inc., was talking with another employee. When he stepped out from behind a pallet of finished goods, a forklift ran over his right foot. Employee #1 was hospitalized for fractures to his right foot. No other information was provided.
