Employee Is Injured When Struck by Forklift

On July 6, 2007, an employee, a supervisor, was walking away from a dock door when a forklift operator was exiting out of a trailer in reverse. The forklift operator backed right into the back of the employee, knocking him to the ground. The employee sustained multiple injuries. The employee was hospitalized for observation.
