Roofing Employee Suffers from Heat Exhaustion

On June 3, 2009, an employee, a roofer failed to drink an adequate supply of water throughout their work shift, which resulted in him becoming dehydrated. The employee gained medical attention and was a treat and release. The doctor did not prescribe work restrictions on the employee.
