Employee Amputates Finger While Performing Maintenance

At approximately 9:15 a.m. on March 2, 2009, Employee #1, a bus driver, was checking the fan belts of a bus, when a mechanic started the engine. One of Employee #1's thumbs was partially amputated. She was hospitalized and treated for her injury.
