Employee Is Injured When Struck by Metal Ring
On December 1 2008, Employee #1 was cleaning concrete off of a 48 in. diameter metal ring. The ring became unbalanced and fell forward, landing on Employee #1. Employee #1 sustained fractures on multiple body parts and was hospitalized.
