Employee Fractures Arm in Fall from Roof

On September 15, 2008, Employee #1, a construction worker, was working on the top plate of the roof, approximately 20 ft off the ground. He fell to the lower level, which was a hard compacted soil, and fractured his arm. He was hospitalized.
