Employee Amputates Finger While Breaking Down Ice Cases

At approximately 9:25 p.m. on September 24, 2009, an employee was removing product and breaking down ice cases in the meat department. He pulled the case forward trapping his finger in a pinch point leading to a partial amputation. The employee was not hospitalized.
