Investigation Summary
At approximately 8:37 a.m., an employee was helping a coworker to block the windows of the main construction office with paper. The employee fell 15 feet onto concrete from 16 feet long fly section of the extension ladder. He was transported to Cedar Sinai Hospital and was treated for fractures foot for one month.
