Employee Is Killed in Fall from Tractor Trailer

Employee #1, a truck driver, was delivering publications to a customer. Employee #1 downloaded one skid of publications from the tractor trailer utilizing a lift gate and pallet jack. Employee #1 returned to the trailer to download a second skid and, for unknown reasons, fell off the back of the trailer's lift gate. Employee #1 was killed.
