Employee Suffers Heart Attack and Later Dies

At approximately 7:00 a.m. on February 18, 2010, Employee #1 complained of chest pains. Emergency services were called, and Employee #1 was transported to Murray IHC by ambulance. Later that day, Employee #1 died at hospital, due to ruptured aorta.
