Employee's Fingers Are Lacerated While Cleaning Machine

At approximately 8:00 a.m. on March 21, 2011, Employee #1, a machine operator, was cleaning a pasta machine. The cleaning fabric became caught in the rollers and drew his left hand in. He had not deenergized the machine before cleaning it. Employee #1 sustained lacerations to three of his fingers. He was treated at the clinic and released on the same day.
