Employee Lacerates Fingers Cleaning Commercial Food Mixer

On July 21, 2010, an employee was cleaning the blower system of a Hobart Dough Boy mixer, when the sharp edge of the machine lacerated her left hand and the middle, ring, and index fingers on her left hand. She went to the hospital and was examined by a health care professional. Following the exam, she was sent home. She was at the hospital for under twenty-four hours.
