Employee Falls from Railcar and Dies from Injuries

On March 29, 2008, Employee #1 was working on top of a railcar, when he fell approximately 10.5 feet. Employee #1 struck the asphalt ground, landing head first. Employee #1 was taken to a nearby hospital, where he later died.
