Employee's Leg Is Fractured in Fall

On October 16, 2008, Employee #1, an operator and receptionist, in a billing department, escorted a maintenance worker into an old clinic located next door. The clinic was condemned and scheduled for demolition. She was in a hallway and stepped into a bathroom. Her right leg twisted and her left leg went through a rotted floor. She was hospitalized with a fractured left leg but did not require surgery.
