Investigation Summary
On October 14, 2008, a roofer was engaged in the removal of a shingle shake roof on a two story building. The roofer was removing the shingles at the edge of the roof when he lost his footing. He fell approximately 17 ft onto asphalt, and was hospitalized with an unspecified fracture.
