Investigation Summary
At approximately 2:45 p.m. on August 28, 2008, an employee was using a radial arm saw when he cut the back of his hand with the saw. The employee was taken to Hazel Hawkins Hospital, where he was later transferred to another hospital. He had surgery to repair his hand and remained for several days.
