Employee Is Killed When Struck by Conveyor Motor
On June 9, 2008, Employee #1, a production supervisor, was on the catwalk inspecting the product going through the conveyor. The stabilizer arm for the conveyor motor snapped in two, causing the motor to spin around, fatally striking Employee #1.
