Worker Suffers Injuries in Fall from Forks of Forklift Truck

On December 28, 2008, a worker was employed by Citi Staff Solutions Inc., and working at Epsilon Electronics Inc. The facility distributes electronics equipment. He was performing inventory while standing on the unguarded forks of a forklift truck. When he stepped backwards on the forks, he fell approximately 20 ft. He suffered a leg fracture, an abrasion, and neck pain, and was hospitalized.
