Employee Is Killed in Motor Vehicle Accident

On July 16, 2008, Employee #1 and a coworker were traveling on an interstate highway. As they covered a section of the highway that was downhill, they encountered stopped traffic. The coworker, who was operating the vehicle, was unable to stop. Their vehicle crashed into the back of a truck, killing Employee #1.
