Three Employees Are Injured in Motor Vehicle Accident

At approximately 5:00 p.m. on June 14, 2008, Employee's #1, #2, and #3 were being transported home in a transportation van. The left rear tire failed, causing the van to go out of control into the freeway median. The van rolled over, and Employee's #1, #2, and #3 were hospitalized.
